4. Payments
Fees for services and products are listed on the site. All charges are payable at the time of booking or purchase. Accepted methods vary by region and are displayed during checkout.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Live or In-Person Certification Courses
Customers may request a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost if the request is submitted at least 14 days before the course start date. Requests received between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward a future class. Requests made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for credit or refund due to planning and resource allocation.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. To reschedule, please contact us at Contact Us at least 7 days before your session.
5.2 Infoproducts (E-Learning Materials)
Digital materials may be refunded in full if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access has been granted, no refund is available.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days.
5.3 Physical Products
Physical goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5.4 No-Refund Services
Certain personalized or one-on-one mentorship sessions and custom consultations are non-refundable due to dedicated scheduling and preparation. These services may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. To reschedule, please use our Contact Us form.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the revised Terms on skillpath.best. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
